Project: BUILDING MULTICULTURAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES FOR EDUCATION ON ETHNIC-RACIAL RELATIONS, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
This project, part of the Abdias Nascimento Academic Development Program, launched in 2023 by the Brazilian government, represents a significant milestone in affirmative action and inclusion policies in higher education in this country. It is implemented through the awarding of sandwich master's and doctoral scholarships to students from the Federal University of Sergipe, Brazil (promoting entity) and the Federal University of Amapá, Brazil. The students conduct research and cultural exchanges in Portugal, at the University of Madeira and the University of Porto, for a six-month stay.
